About us

Noelken Sp. z o.o., together with its branch in Germany, constitutes a family company established more than 30 years ago by Ernst Nölken.

Many years’ experience, innovative ideas and flexibility in adaptation of our offer to the customers’ requirements all allow the company to operate successfully on the Polish market as well. This success results from good relations established with a customer. They are achieved through professional service, innovative technologies, varied solutions developed during consultations with a customer, as well as sustainable development.

We improve our products constantly, simultaneously reducing the consumption of energy and raw materials, in order to minimize the environmental impact. Our company’s core principle is “who does not go forward goes back”.

Since 1982, Noelken has continually developed its operations, caring for individual development of its employees. Above 290 people, including approx. 100 in the Polish branch, work together for the success of the company.

History:

1993 Establishment of the Polish branch under the name HKP sp. z o.o.
1993 Acquisition of rented production space in Lubań Śląski and beginning of production of dry wipes for the German market.
1996 Transfer of production to Nowogrodziec (the current seat of the company).
1998 Beginning of production of wet wipes.
2001 Expansion of the storage area.
2002 Assembly of the first nursing pad production line belonging to a customer.

    Quality Management System Certification compliant with the standards ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 22716:2007 (GMP in the cosmetics industry) has been contributing to the high quality of our products for many years.
    Quality and hygiene are a prerequisite for production of a high-grade product, and only controlled quality gives a 100 per cent certainty. Through careful selection of raw materials and detailed quality control of all processes, we can make a product that raises no reservations, according to the wishes of our customer.

    Certification in accordance with the IFS HPC (IFS Household and Personal Care) standard confirms the high level of quality and safety of the processes. The IFS HPC standard ensures that the offered product is safe, high-quality, and meets the legal requirements.

  • FSC, PEFC
    The FSC certificate represents responsible use of wood material, used in our wet wipes and nursing pads in the form of fibre and cellulose. The goal of this certification is to ensure total forest protection, since this certificate confirms the origin of the certified wood, from harvesting in a forest to creation of a ready product. FSC (Forest Stewardship Council), as an independent organization, has been established for the sake of sustainable development of forest management.
    The PEFC certificate is a sign of responsible use of wood material. The goal of this certification is to ensure total forest protection. The implemented system ensures traceability at every stage of processing of the raw material from certified forests: from a forestry company up to the final product manufacturing. PEFC (Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification), as an independent organization, has been established for the sake of preservation of biodiversity.

When you visit the website, we use the common SSL procedure (Secure Socket Layer) in combination with the respective highest degree of encryption that is supported by your browser.
